Howdy! I am Kelly, the founder of Line Dance FIT!
A little about me… I danced for 16 years going up, six days a week! Dancing is absolutely amazing for the soul! I can't wait to get everyone moving, create a vibrant community where we can all escape the hustle and bustle of life together!
I have created Line Dance FIT to create a space for people to come and keep fit whilst having fun and making new friends! Can't wait to see you there!

I was a dancer for the majority of my life but unfortunately life gets in the way. Getting back in to my love of dancing was one of the best choices I could have ever made. Combining that with my long time admiration of country music was even better!
Finding my new love for line dance has really brought back out my confidence and it really is my highlight of my week. I can wait to share it with everyone else and watch them love it too!

Amy has been dancing for as long as she could walk! She has a strong background in contemporary dance, and experience in tap, ballet, commercial, majorette’s and cheerleading.
Amy now enjoys Line Dance for getting the heart racing and Pilates for retaining good posture and a strong core. Amy loves sharing a love of movement and dance with her two bouncy children!

I started dancing at 3 years old with experience in contemporary, tap, jazz and ballet. After studying Dance at Chichester University, I moved onto personal training and rehabilitation.
After not dancing for a few years, I’ve finally got back into it! And with falling in love with country music, I’m now super excited to combine the two together to teach such a fun and energising class!

I have been dancing for as long as I can remember! I trained in ballet, I teach Zumba but I have huge love for line dancing- the boots, the music and the moves- you cannot beat it! Dancing is great for the mind and the soul and I am so excited to join the Linedance fit team and get everyone in Haywards heath involved!!

I danced before I could walk, taking ballet from 2yrs old until 18 when an injury meant I had to recover. I've done zumba and pilates for rehab and for fun, I practice yoga and I have been on retreat.. the best one was a week in India, on the Ganges.
I found line dancing because I was on a weight loss and wellbeing course and I've stayed, progressed and now I want to share it as it's community, pure joy, it's movement for the body and soul and I love the music.

I’ve been dancing for as long as I can remember, starting out line dancing with my nan before I could even walk! Growing up, dance became a huge part of my life, leading me into years of performing and building confidence through movement and music.
I’m so excited to be starting my own Line Dance Fit classes, bringing together fun, energy, and a welcoming community for all ages and abilities. Whether you’re completely new or have danced before, my goal is to help you feel confident, have a laugh, and fall in love with dancing just like I did.

Growing up, dance was my whole world and it remains a huge part of who I am today.
As a busy mum of two, I know how important it is to find fun ways to stay active and connect with others. That’s why I love teaching Babywearing Line Dance Fit!
Bringing together my passion for dance, country music and family. Parents and babies get so much from the classes, it’s genuinely so lovely to see.

Horley Baby & Parent and Lunchtime classes
I've been dancing since I was two and a half, starting with ballet before training in tap, modern jazz and contemporary. I went on to train in Performing Arts and still perform on stage today.
After time away from dance, I fell back in love with it through dance fitness while getting back in shape after my first baby. I qualified as a Level 2 Dance Fitness and FitSteps instructor and have been teaching for over six years.
I'm always first on the dance floor at any party, and I love country music — so LineDanceFit is a perfect match. What motivates me is the brain challenge, the fun, and knowing how powerful dance is for mental health. I've been hooked on Kelly's line dance vibe since my first Boots Up! event and I'm so excited to be part of the team.

I grew up dancing and have always loved it! Starting from 3 years old I trained in ballet and tap and then as I got older I started jazz and modern classes.
As an adult I was looking for a way to get back into dancing and then I found Line Dance FIT and I fell in love with country music and cowboy boots! Line dancing is the perfect combination of dancing, fun and fitness! I am so excited to join the Line Dance FIT team begin teaching!

My background is in fitness, personal training, and group exercise classes, and now I’m lucky enough to combine my love of staying active and teaching with one of my biggest passions… line dancing!
I first fell in love with line dancing during lockdown, teaching myself through virtual sessions hosted by our favourite club in Florida.
Since then, line dancing, country music, and all things Western have become a big part of my identity. I can’t wait to share that passion with you and show you how much fun being fit can be… especially when you’re wearing a pair of cowboy boots!

Haywards Heath Baby & Parent
Dancing has always been a big part of my life, with one of my proudest highlights being competing at the World Modern Jive Championships in the iconic Blackpool Tower Ballroom.
A few years later, I discovered line dancing while visiting the bars of Nashville, Tennessee, and I've loved it ever since.
Being a mum of two means I rarely get time for myself, but line dancing has changed that. I can strap my baby into the carrier, enjoy doing something for me, and we both have so much fun.
